Privacy policy
This document is a base template. It must be completed with the company's final legal information (trade register number, taxpayer account number, share capital, registered office) before going live.
Data we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form, the quote configurator or the newsletter sign-up: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
How we use this data
Your data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and manage the commercial relationship. It is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for three years from the last exchange. Data linked to a signed contract is kept for the legal retention period applicable to commercial records.
Technical processors
Our transactional emails are delivered by a third-party provider. Site hosting is handled by the technical provider selected by ALTES Group. These providers access your data only to the strict extent needed to deliver their service.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. A single technical cookie stores your language preference so you do not have to select it again on each visit.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Send your request to michael.kadio05@gmail.com. We respond within thirty days.
Security
Exchanges between your browser and this site are encrypted. Access to received enquiries is restricted to the ALTES Group staff who need it to handle your case.
